I graduated from Mysore University with a civil engineering degree (1988) and launched my own business developing construction projects in Southern India from roads and bridges to industrial and residential properties.
At the same time, I completed a post-graduate diploma in systems analysis also at Mysore University (1990) and continued to expand my business activities. With a keen eye for numbers and a passion for finance, I launched a stock trading business and an automotive financing company. My winning combination of perseverence, enthusiasm and hard work paid off as my three businesses met with significant financial and commercial success.
At the top of my game, I started looking for new challenges.
I decided on a career in real estate and registered for the necessary courses. To make ends meet, I took on a Toronto Star paper route while my wife worked as a cashier. After nine months, I had my license and opened my own business with Homelife Superstars in January 2001.
In my first year, I was awarded the companys Silver and Gold Club honors. In my second year, I earned platinum status for Gross commissions . Since then, I have consistently ranked among the top three per cent of agents in the Greater Toronto Area and in the province. Today, I am the broker owner of RE/MAX Gateway Inc and INDUS Mortgage Inc.
